Real Estate Donations, USA (RED) began in 2007 with a simple idea of helping those in need through the donation and resale of real estate. Located in Farmington Hills, MI. RED has raised more than $4,000,000 across the USA for many charities and special causes.
In 2021 RED entered the Crypto Curreny world offering a tax deduction to crypto donors. Donors are able to select charities of their choice. Below is a partial list of charities we have worked with.

Robert Miller
President/Executive Director
Bob Miller has a diverse background in business and real estate. After a long and successful career in sales management and real estate, he joined the non-profit sector where he now holds 16 years of experience. His background includes Dun & Bradstreet and Environmental Sales Management. Additionally, Bob "Coach" spent 16 years as a CYO and high school baseball coach. Real Estate donations has raised more than $4,000,000 to help charitable causes. In other philanthropic work, Bob has served on the Board of Directors for Pathway Family Center and the Festival of Trees for Detroit Children’s Hospital.

Jerry Mersman
Treasurer
Jerry works as a dispatch manager at a large Livonia, Michigan based trucking company. He serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Redford, Michigan. Retired baseball coach at Redford Union HS, Redford, Michigan
Nick Laidler
Secretary
Nick is currently a student at Central Michigan University. He is working towards his BA Degree in Sports Management. Former Redford Union HS Baseball Standout. Nick is also a community volunteer to help seniors and mentor youth.
Julie Jabiro
Director of Social Media
Julie directs all social media and marketing for RED USA. She also helps crazy busy moms embrace the suck by providing the right mindset, money tips and life hacks on social media. She is a mom of 2 young boys and also runs her CBD business from home. She is passionate about educating people on the healing powers of the hemp plant, especially moms because I've never met one that wouldn't benefit from it.
Cindy & Carly Frazier
Advisory Board
Cindy Fraser is a custodian at Redford Aldersgate church. She is active in community outreach and is involved with diabetes awareness. Her daughter, Carly, has type 1 diabetes along with a genetic disorder called Turner Syndrome. Carly is a youth ambassador and Children's Congress delegate for JDRF, an honor student at Redford Union High School, and loves softball.
