OUR MISSION
Here at RED, USA - Our mission is to raise money for local charities and causes in need through assets including real estate, crypto, stock and donor advised funds.
At RED, we believe in creating win-win opportunities that benefit both donors and communities in need. We are guided by integrity, transparency, and a passion for making a difference.
Meet the Team
In 2007, Bob Miller (aka- "Coach") founded Real Estate Donations (RED) with a bold, yet simple idea of helping those in need through the donation and resale of real estate.
Recognizing the untapped potential of the IRS Section 170 Bargain Sale—a tax provision introduced in the early 1900s—Bob made it his mission to educate property owners and investors about this little-known opportunity. By blending his expertise in real estate with a passion for philanthropy, Bob created a unique platform that allows donors to reduce their tax burdens while making a meaningful impact.
What began as a single property donation has grown into a nationwide movement, raising over $4 million for charities across the United States. Focused primarily on commercial properties, RED provides a seamless process for donors to benefit from significant tax deductions, often spanning up to six years, while supporting causes that matter most. Bob’s commitment to transparency and innovation has positioned RED as a leader in bridging the gap between real estate and philanthropy.
